If you do not have access to these applications, please supply separate text files and graphics files
(jpeg - minimum size 800x600 pixels for each illustration/graphic).

Files can be accepted on the following media:
CD Rom, 3.5" Floppy Disk, Iomega Zip Disk (100/250Mb), DVD Rom or E-mail attachment.

Important! For technical reasons we cannot accept images embedded in Microsoft Word files.
